  Stay Away, I had most nerve wrecking experience with title agent Tina McComb. She didn't know my closing date, all paperwork was late. We sheduled notory currier and she lied that papers done...we all sat waiting for papers 2hrs. This was sale from out of state, she had to overnight papers(I'm paying), plus her contract had names and adress spelled wrong. So had to be legally fixed. And Next day after we fixed all and sent ....she took day off. That delayed closing of my house, movers, rental truck etc... Never again. Most unprofessional service.

  If your realtor uses this place for your closing - find a new realtor. The business is Anything But Professional... When purchasing a house in Mascoutah from out of state - they would not mail docs, they would not set up a notary, and they would not even send a mailing label to return the signed docs. After the transaction was completed and the house was recorded, "Professional Title" refused to mail the keys - and instead required us to come in BEFORE 5:00 to pick them up in person a MONTH after the house was purchased. While driving in a UHaul during the winter from the west coast - it looked like we might be a little late. Trying to avoid having to stay in another hotel - we just wanted to get into our new house. The staff was so rude when we asked them to help come up with a solution to picking up those keys a little after 5 if we were late. Their only response after repeated suggestions was "We definitely close at 5:00". When we arrived at 4:45 - tired and road worn - we walked in the office and the receptionist did not even acknowledge us - rather looked down at her desk and found some paperwork to take into another office. I understand someone being busy - but we were the ONLY ones in there and the ignoring and refusing to acknowledge with a quick "Hello, I'll be right with you" made it obvious that she was ignoring us. All in all, this place is outdated and in over their heads for a 2022 real estate market. If you want a place that won't use industry standard electronic transactions, has never heard of Fedex, and is completely inflexible to make the transaction work - then this is the place for you. If you want a competent title company able to handle transactions for the modern, fast paced market of today - then don't just walk from this place - run.
