  Spoke with Andrea on the phone. She was very friendly but simply directed me to apply online. She didnt have time to go over anything and said she needed to schedule something. Which would have been fine, but I had different needs. I have no issues with Andrea. I started the application but ended up going with another company that was able to move forward with them. I received 2-3 emails in a couple days about the incomplete application so as a courtesy I reached out to Michael as he was the person showing as sending the emails. He was very rude. I simply stated i was going in a different direction based on my needs and he tried to sell me his company like an aggressive used car salesman. I emailed him to summarize the phone call and how I didnt appreciate the way he spoke with me, but he responded in a toxic manner yet again. Just an overall bad experience and since he said they were the in-house lender with Keller Williams, I will be sure to avoid them in the future as well.

  The best mortgage company you can ever get! Michael and Andrea are the best people you will ever meet! They are extremely nice, professional and helpful! They are there for you every step of the way! They always have your back and have your best interests at heart! They are the only mortgage company I will ever deal with again! Not only did I meet great people, but I got new friends! They are a MUST deal with!
