  We have used Property Title and Escrow for our primary home purchase, refinancing and for closing on an investment property and been very pleased with their services! They were very professional and easy to work with. We also plan to use them for the sale of our primary home this upcoming month. Would definitely recommend them!

  Back in 2009 during the Great Recession, Denise Litzau, one of the owners of Property Title & Escrow, visited our local office in Rockville. At the time, I already had a go-to local attorney that I work with and another title company. I gave Property Title & Escrow a try and never looked back. They are very responsive and professional. Some years later, I reached out to them to let them know that we can order title directly from our LOS, but it would mean that they have to subscribe to the service and it'd cost them some money to do it - Tim Stearns / Denise Litzau did not even question it. They immediately signed up. That little step that they took, saves me a ton of time of doing double - entry and makes me much more efficient. Their closers travel to do remote closing - any place and any time. There's never a case where I called on them that they said, "Sorry, we are not able to it"! And when they do closings outside their office, unlike some if not most title companies, they don't try to add an extra $150-$250 just for going to a customer's place of choice to do settlement. Not Property Title & Escrow Settlement, it's the same flat fee whether closing at their office or remotely. In the last 11 years, they have been my go to for title work, whether it's MD, DC, VA, PA, and DE when I had my license in that State. I would be remiss if I also don't mention Andrea Dale and Jeremy Litzau - two of their employees, who always take my calls or respond to my emails timely and also go out of their way to assist anytime I have a question or a challenge. I saw someone's review on here that said this this company is "Bad company, bad people, bad ethics !!! Be careful while dealing with them"! That seems a little unfair and what it appears to be a total misunderstanding, on just one instant. While I've only known Tim / Denise / Jeremy / Andrea and their many employees on a business level, I can 1000% say that they are transparent, honest, hardworking, great ethics and proud to have them title work/settlements for my clients.
