  They appear to be helpful yet make so many mistakes it almost seems like they procrastinate and "forget" to do their job. Ive had weekends ruined, out of state trips ruined, ive had autopay bills that doubled because their replacement cards werent properly activated. All in all it is a "decent" bank, however, some of their staff who are polite and sweet as ever, are incompetent and unreliable.

It is nice to hear that we are “polite and sweet as ever,” however, we recognize that there were some serious issues with your credit union experience both communicative and procedural. Your member experience must have been truly infuriating and we apologize for all the inconvenience we have caused you. If you wouldn’t mind, it would be truly helpful to discuss your experience further to learn from all our mistakes and at the very least review any of the charges that you may have incurred as a result of our mistakes.
