  Before I worked with Nima, I tried for two yrs to work with Guaranteed Rate recommended by the terrible realtor I had (I should've known!). They have the absolute worst people working at that company. I was first contacted by a person in Chicago, then he never called back. I lost a home. GR then referred me to their agent in NJ. NO RESPONSE despite multiple calls, texts and emails during an urgent bid on a home. My daughter and I did our due diligence and exhaustive research to find a legitimate, response broker before our next house hunt. We found Nima online, and he had incredible reviews. We thought we'd give it a go. To say we were more than pleased and excited to work with him, is an understatement. When he told us he would get back to us immediately whenever we texted, called or emailed him was a strong promise to fulfill. True to word, whenever we would text Nima, he would immediately call or text right back. He stopped at nothing to get us the best rate he could find, and we were elated. It also helped that the realtors of homes we were bidding on, knew and respected Nima, confirming we made the right choice in picking him as our FOREVER mortgage lender! Nima is affable, so easy to work with and available 24/7. He works with people in multiple states and is completely dedicated to helping his customers get the best rate quickly and efficiently. On our very first bid with Nima as our broker, we got our home. Thank you Nima, and we can't wait to work with you again!

  Nima is awesome. Super friendly and personable. He got a great interest rate for us, kept watching the market, and made sure our rates were locked in. He was very responsive to all of our calls and emails and I would definitely use him again in the future. He was with us from beginning until the very end. Highly recommended.
