      Viola- Branch Manager (former) and now Ashlyn, have ALWAYS treated me and my family like family, with respect and promptness. The Manager's TEAM, have also treated us very well. Any question's or problems we needed assistance with, they have bent over backwards to respond to expeditiously. I give this BRANCH 5 thumbs up for customer service. I have though, not been as successful with the Personal Loan department, or Line of Credit; as an African American- I have been offended with this particular banking business. I would ask that they look at us on an individual basis- history (longevity) with the bank, monies deposited into the bank; that trust should be looked at first.

      This bank looks for ever which way to make a buck and hurt their customers. Staff is not understanding nor friendly. They did not even have a working app have the time. This is an aging business. After 12 year, I will be finding a new bank.
