Horrible bank, customer service is Horrible, Linda is a joke she likes to be sarcastic, 3 weeks no debit card, they want to charge 127.00 for business checks is crazy, they are so unprofessional, this is not like the commercials that say they treat you like family. I will be doing a review on every website you can think of. Please stay away from this bank. They charge you 27.50 to one your account. Please Beware....Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible, even the president of the bank was rude.....How do they even have customers.

Apparently having an account with them is not enought to get 1's and 5's. It has to be a business account.....not sure why I have never had a problem before. Also they will make you sit down in 40 degree weather to write down your account number with nothing but a phone.....I couldn't drive through since I was pulling a horse trailer.
