      Where do I begin. Teller allowed someone to withdraw money from my account . I called to have a travel notice placed on my account..my card was declined when I was in a foreign country. Refused to issue a new debit card until expiration date which is a month away I've been banking here since 2004 and never have had issues until this year.

      Went in to open an account . The young woman at the customer service desk was very helpful and pointed us to AMANDA to help start an account . When I walked up to her desk there was no introduction. She did not introduce herself . When I told her I was there to open an account she was very nonchalant. And simply responded w an “oh ok” really she made me feel very unwanted and out of place . Like she didn’t want to help me . Maybe because I am African American or maybe she had a bad day . I’ve been to banks before and never experienced this . So just know Amanda if you’re reading this , don’t let me catch you out in the street hoe 🤷🏾‍♀️
