      Prosperity bank gave us the opportunity to buy our first home with no down payment through a program they have and we qualified for. We had a small closing cost payment and now we have our first home. Thanks Prosperity Bank and thanks to Shelby Means for hekping us throught the process

      Employees very unhelpful. No one in bank but myself and one person at counter. Waited forever. Finally a lady came out of office to help. Rude employees. Will not do business with Prosperity again!

      Due to prosperity Banks own negligence, they will penalize you when they process your paycheck more than once. Their system is so old that it doesn't catch the issue until 3 months later. Then they put your son's account into the negative 3 days before Christmas. So instead of them admitting they should have never let this happen, they take the unprofessional route... They insult, blame, and penalize the consumer. Shame on you Ebenezer Scrooge aka (Prosperity Bank!!!)
