I go to 5 other banks and i never get the great service there as i get here.All the staff goes out of their way to please you. They are fast ,courteous ,kind,and knowledgeable. Ive wked at the biggest bank in texas and New York for over 18 yrs and let me say to anyone I SHOULD HAVE BEEN WKING FOR THEM.By the way i don't have accounts with any of those but this is my goto bank. The name says it all Live long and š enjoy Prosperity

Prosperity Bank Customer Service needs to get with the program and have a call back option. I was on hold for an hour just to have a minute conversation and be told no.

George Zuniga the manager and Martha Perez the teller are always so kind, helpful, and courteous. I have accounts and loans at several banks, but prefer doing most of my banking at Prosperity, because of this dynamic duo and their excellent customer service. I have been a small business owner since 2003, for 17-years. Itās important to know you have a banker that is there to work with you and not against you. :)
