      We were introduced to Lori back in 2014 when we purchased our first condo. We had such a great experience, we use Lori again when we purchased our single family home in 2015 and then again when we refinanced both our condo and home in 2020. Lori and Caitlin were very helpful in putting our files together and ensure that we have everything that was required to close each time in a timely manner. They are very responsive and amazing to work with. Even our family and friends use them when purchasing or refinancing on any property. We will definitely use them again in the near future.

      As a realtor for over 9 years I have never come across such an unprofessional lender. Their employee Eve Richter not only does not know her job or how to handle a 55 and over community but she decided to make it a joke when they declined a buyer who was buying a listing of mine and tell me that the market is so hot and that I am also so hot that I should be able to sell it at no time. When addressed to her boss he only apologized that the transaction didn’t occur but apparently is ok with her behavior. I find it appalling and extremely unprofessional. I take my job and my clients very seriously and will make sure never to work with them again.

      Unfortunately had a terrible experience and it felt more like maybe Ann Griffith was just too busy to really give her 100% to the deal i was involved in. The other party involved in this deal was more dissapointed then I. The un-timely responses was a sign to me this was not going to be a good deal.... just giving my feedback
