  I bought the house and perhaps one of the first few townhome buyers. Phil Pollard, Anna Barrera both were very nice to help me become a first time home owner. Phil is extremely courteous and professional and would help you with pretty much on anything in the process. Michele Weissbratten is also an angel like person in Van Metre management, that I have dealt with. You can't find any better person to the kind of professionalism you need to buy a home. She was always nice anything I asked til closing of the home. I have been more than a year here already. Tina Borreli and Rebecca Leach both are so nice that I can't find words to write here. They have always been helping me on requests up until today July 17, 2020 when I wrote this review about Van Metre home. This is genuine from my living experience here thus far.   They used low quality sidings which disformed after only a few months. Many houses in the same community has the same cases. Van Metre received the complaints 18 months ago. They promised to change the sidings and they promised several times. They quoted the reason for delay as delaying of the manufacturing of the sidings. However meanwhile, their new houses are building rapidly without being delayed. Their customer care became irresponsive. This is not the only case they has bad customer service. Before we signed off the walk-through procedure, we found a lot of tree stems dumped in the bushes right next to our lawn. They looked ugly. We raised the issue to them. One guy promised to remove the tree stems next day. So we signed off the document. However, the tree stems are still there two years later. We contacted them to remove it. The guy responded, his supervisor said not to remove the the tree stems. That's how they played the tricks so that they don't have to fulfill their promises.
