      I had horrible customer service with Jeff the Vice President. I’m utterly baffled that he would treat a client the way he treated us. He wouldn’t return call, emails etc. He made it seem the process would go quick and it dragged on and on. He made it known that we were on his time, and had no say. He didn’t even care that we would lose an investment opportunity of a lifetime. He forgot important information about us. For example; what we were using the property for and we’re business owners with no W2’s, we told him these things more than 2 times. I heard Taylor is great to work with, but clearly Jeff has either too many things to do or he doesn’t want to work with women entrepreneurs. What a shame.
