  Terrible customer support. Every time I've reached out for support they don't give me a direct answer and give me the workaround. For a company that is managing people's assets this is not the way I'd expect to be treated in this day and age. For example I reached out to support to give me guidance on withdrawing money from my HELOC. Instead of providing me the solution and taking care of it for me they directed me to a 1888 hotline where of course no one answered and I left a message and haven't heard anything back. Pretty horrible.

  I am incredibly frustrated with this bank. I have an online account (transferred from Urban Partnership bank) and they have been charging me $10/day for balance below some amount I was not aware of. i called to pay off and close the account, and it has been so far impossible. They told me they would close it, nothing happened. When i called to ask why, they said I had to send an email; then when nothing happened after the email; next they said oh no I had to send a letter. This is the worst service I have ever received.
