  Dave is an exemplar when it comes to supporting people through the home buying process. He is super personable and made me feel like I was a priority. I'm so thankful that he was by my side from beginning to end. I would use Dave again if buying another home because Dave has earned my respect.

  Rob and Providence were so informative. When we started this process we didn't know anything about buying a home or homeownership but Rob walked us through the entire process and never made us feel stupid or uneducated. Rob was honest and straight forward and made sure that we didn't get ourselves into a situation we couldn't handle. Rob was also extremely flexible, he took calls from us at 10 at night and 6 in the morning on different occasions. He was quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Rob and Providence made buying a home much easier than I expected. I would use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.

  They are amazing. We were buying our first house using a different lender, but two days before the financial commitment our other bank fell through due to me working two part time jobs. We are so thankful to providence and chip for helping us. We closed on the house two weeks later then originally planned but we got the house. They were so willing to help us and work with us we appreciate everything they did for us.
