      Terrible place with terrible management. They don’t know the basic answers to common questions. I don’t recommend this place at all.

      I went to this Provident with the notion that everyone was going to be rude based off comments. It was exactly the opposite. All of the staff was welcoming and helpful. Only issue I had was with the policy. Why must I be charged to change my own money into money. Regardless, if you have an account you are charged 10% of the total for counting change. It makes absolutely no sense, but they’ll probably right off as “it’s an expanse to maintain the machine”. Aside from that, the people were cool.
