they charge money for starter checks, they never provided any checks at all on account opening and charge 5$ per sheet of checks.

The mortgage department is the worst. Never return your calls. They took my mortgage twice in one month from my account which is over $5000. They have been giving me the run around for 3 months. Still waiting on my money. The bank has changed ownership 3 times in the last 6 years and every time they change ownership, its a nightmare for customers.
