      Worst customer service of any bank i’ve ever dealt with. The reps in this branch seem like they know nothing about what they’re doing. Always sound confused and can’t solve simple issues. Everytime they are asked a question they seem lost and “ummmm” there way to an answer that makes no sense. My grandparents both have accounts there and it’s always a mission for them to get help. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! AVOID PROVIDENT and specifically this branch.
