I have done business with this branch for well over 20 years. They are the definition of a local bank. You can't get service like it from a big bank.

I left a review regarding my experiences here. They responded with "call customer service", and their phone number. I called, the have no intention or ability to help me in my situation. Why would they respond to my review? What is the purpose? If anyone at this bank actually cared, you'd call me. You have my number. Please do not request I call customer care, sit in a queue for 20 minutes to have zero abilities or intentions to actually fix any issues that I was ensured you could.

I came to thins Bank with big intentions. The staff was great, but over promised. I was repeatedly told the functions I need in thereof was completely applicable in their capabilities. Turns out, they'd have to charge fee's to make these promises true, all the while being pitched merchant services. I can't speak on personal accounts, but for business, I'd stay away. I only gave a couple of stars as they were polite in the caressing of gaining my business. I have 3 residential rental properties, two businesses, and personal aspects that would've trued the bank well, however they still chose to nickel and dime local resident and business money. I wish it were different. I work hard to keep my cash from big bank. Wish it were different here at Provident.
