      I had this bank for almost two years and totally hated it! I was always being locked out of my account and even seeing international fees. I once disputed a fee with the bank over a charge at a restaurant and it took over 4 months to get an answer from the bank. I ended up losing my money and the bank did nothing in exchanged. A few months back, I had to travel to Puerto Rico and before I left I contacted the bank to informed them I was going to be away and using my card and to please not lock or put any hold on my account. Guess what? As soon as I arrived to Puerto Rico my account was locked the exact same moment I tried to use my card. Then, I tried to cancel my account it has been more than a nightmare. I was told that I had received a call from the bank due to an unusual charge in my account- Mind you I never received a call from them and they said during the call I requested a second card which I did not and had no knowledge of. I honestly hate this bank their customer service sucks and so does their communication and lack of management!
