  I went into this Daly City Branch on 04/19/22 because I couldn't retrieve a record of my Direct Deposits from 1 year ago, try as I may. Rojelio assisted me at the counter, and he went all out to find them for me, when all he could've done was to tell me to request copies online, which takes more time. He even printed out copies of the Deposits without me having to ask!! Fantastic!!! Thanks Rojelio! Great Customer Service!!

  I was on the phone with Denise and she was really rude and not helpful at all. She said I was going to go negative again but then when I pointed out my balance, she went back on her word and said I should be fine so I’m honestly still confused to what’s going to happen. She also says it’s not her department but tries speaking on it as if she actually knows then ends what she’s saying with she’s not sure because it’s not her department. She also kept cutting me off, and I’m aware that these workers definitely have more knowledge but if you’re continuously cutting someone off when they speak and not getting the whole situation, how are you supposed to give the right answer.

  I already have a Business account with another credit union. I decided to go to this place to set up a personal account. I give them my Drivers license, social security card, copies of mail mailed to me from two physical addresses, a copy of my vehicle registration. Now my vehicle registration new slip came up missing but I had a copy of my old slip and I had copy of my renewal receipt. The personal account officer(M.P )that helped me kept taking information to his manager for approval. But my information was rejected every time. My appointment was 3pm Monday 9/9/2019
