      I was setting up a new account with Provident after relocating here from Canada for work and Shrawan helped me. I cannot commend him enough for his excellent customer service and warm and engaging personality. He was detailed and thorough, very patiently explaining every step of the way and taking his time to make sure I understood all my options available. I had to come back a different day to setup the account and he followed up with me regarding making an appointment, emailing and calling me to ensure I got his messages. While sitting and waiting for forms to be filled out, I was listening and observing customer interactions with other Provident employees and all of them were gracious, kind, patient, and professional. I truly felt taken care of and would highly recommend this location to anyone for their customer service.

      I was at the branch earlier this month to open multiple accounts (checking, savings and credit card). I was highly impressed/satisfied by the services provided by Mr. Shrawan Ghimire and with the overall experience at the branch. Kudos to Mr. Ghimire and his great team.
