      They operate like the financial mafia. They don't care about their customers and their approach is "shut up and pay us your money." Their customer service is below putrid. Good luck if you want the name of someone's manager, the CEO, or the corporate address. They give you nothing. I filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the California State Attorney General's Office, Consumer Division. I'm counting down the months before my mortgage will be paid off. I can't wait for the day Bill Cummings kicks them out of Woburn because they are very "un-Woburn"-like. They are not a local banker. They are heartless, cold, and arrogant. Their attitude just re-inforces why people were upset during the last financial crisis when companies like this were mean to their customers (while gambling their money) and then begging the government to bail out their greed with taxpayer dollars.
