  My dad passed Away without a will I went downtown because he didn’t have much and there’s a thing called probate when someone has more than my dad had and you usually have to go through that but they said it wasn’t worth it for a certain amount so I had to go to bank and just explain this account was all my dad has in the world as far as monetary ; the manager, Luke , really did do the right thing honestly he did. I was able to close the account and move on with securing all his finances as well as closing everything down. Even with this little it’s amazing how much you have to do when someone passes and he was my best friend I can’t tell you what this means to me it means a lot because my dad would have definitely wanted it this way and I’m glad he went to a bank like prudential. Very nice people there it warmed my heart in the worse month of my life thanks again to them I really mean that .
