  This place is rife with rude and passive aggressive employees, not just to clientele but to their coworkers as well. There are a few gems among them that are very polite and lovely people, but it's been a mixed bag for me. I honestly feel bad for them, having to work with some of the people they do. Quit and run away as fast as you can, babes, because it doesn't get better the longer you're there. Barring that, their service is alright. Cashing checks is painless as can be and I find the withdraw limit very comfortable and hard to reach. However, frequent shoppers beware because this bank also is a little trigger happy when it comes to shutting off your card. You'd think they'd learn your spending habits after a while, but then you're going to make a purchase that's just a little pricey or from a different store than usual, and BOOM. Card is blocked, bank is closed, do not pass go, do not spend $200 (because the bank says it's not you.)

  My wife and I have banked with this bank for 40 years. She just tried to get a loan for a car. This was a small loan of only 4000 dollars. They turned her down. The reason was because they couldn't find a credit report on her. We own our house and property with no leans against it. We have been loyal customer for 40 years. We got our first house loan with them. Among other loans we paid off with no problems. Needless to say we will not be banking with them anymore. They treat their customers with no respect. Almost every Holladay their closed the day before and the day after. So if you have banking to do their no where to be found. So in closing there is a lot of other better banks out there including right in the same town. So do yourself a favor and used the other banks. YOU WILL BE MUCH HAPPIER.
