      Excellent service, rates and fraud detection department. I would not use any other banking institution other than PSECU.

      I’ve been a happy member for years but as of recently customer service took a dive off the deep end. On multiple occasions I’ve waited 30 plus minutes on hold and had an unpleasant experience from the staff members. Additionally, it takes weeks upon weeks to get a loan processed. PSECU has great rates, that’s literally it. I’m currently shopping around for a new credit union and will be taking my business elsewhere.

      Don't bother trying to reach anybody. They never answer the phone. Don't act like you want business if you won't bother to assist people over the phone.
