  had a terrible experience with this branch and the people who work here. ordered a new card on may 6th, was told it would only take a few days to receive it and signed paperwork to get it delivered within an hour of receiving the document on the 6th. however Jeaneen Bauer apparently “missed” my email that i explicitly stated was time sensitive and was dishonest with me about how long it would take for my card to arrive and where it was in the mail. i called panicking on the 18th and was told the card had just been ordered on the 17th, 11 DAYS after i signed paperwork to receive it and after i had been told it would only take 7 to 10 days. when i called about it a second time they changed their story and said the card only travels on days the bank is open (never heard of something like that before) but again I never was told what had happened with my card or where it was in the mail. on may 24th i called and it took just over 20 minutes of me pressing questions that only rose in aggression for anything resembling sympathy to be offered to me. my trust for this place as a bank is entirely lost. how can someone be so unsympathetic about the situation they’ve put me in and bold face lie about it as well. as a community bank they should be ashamed of ever letting something like this happen, especially to someone who has been a member for more than 5 years. i will only ever continue to work with this branch if i have more than a months time set aside for them to mess around with my information.

  Ms. Jackson, I was made aware of this situation yesterday after you spoke with Barb in our Bellevue office. I understand your frustration with the chain of mistakes that were made and believe that we have now resolved the problem. I spoke with the Vashon branch staff about this situation and rest assured, this is not the level of service we expect of our member service reps. We also reviewed the options for expediting a replacement card to ensure that everyone across all branches better understands the process and so that this won’t happen again.
