We we're charged an extra $16 at pizza hut when ordered online. PFCU refused to give us our money back. The customer is always right. That's our money and your refusing to give it back on an illegal charged account.

I have held an account with Pfcu for years, have always had great service. Everyone has always been extremely helpful and kind. However, the last several visits to the branch off of 26 near Mejiers has been very unacceptable! Treated rude and definitely shown discrimination by Michelle. I get that there are ways you must do things, but being rude and treated this way is unacceptable!!! People from all over the world come to Lafayette for school and what not. This isn't acceptable and I won't be treated so poorly! Very sad for 2021. Ferra however was great today, thank you!!!
