      I was having issues with my online banking portal which turned out to be a user error. Barbara S escalated my issue with the tech team and we got it fixed in a short amount of time. Barbara called me and emailed me every step of the way to ensure I was taken care of and was delightful to work with. She even called me back after a dropped call. I'm a happy camper now that the issue is resolved and Barbara was so wonderful I decided to go out of my way to leave a 5 star review. Barbara, you rock and thanks again!!
