  Less members can enter branches because of COVID. So most your employees are sent home to collect unemployment. Your members call, waiting to talk to associate to set appointment, only to be transferred to another branch who doesn't answer and tells you leave a message. Giving you more than ample time to catch up on the news, make a grocery list and time to respond to this comment section. I have an idea. Bring back a few of your employees to let more members in and get someone to answer the phone more often.

  Hi Kevin, we are so sorry you had a negative experience. While we do have reduced staff inside the branch to allow for social distancing, other branch employees are working at remote locations to answer the increased call volume. We are proud to say we have kept all employees working during the pandemic. Call volume has been and continues to be very high and we are doing our best to have any available staff members available to answer calls. We’re so sorry for the frustrations caused as a result of the pandemic, and we all look forward to the time we can safely open our lobbies.

  I have had this bank for 10 years and they cannot get with the times. They do not accept venmo payments for at least 2-3 business days even if you choose to get paid instantly because "we don't do that". Get with the times and start because after 10 years, I'm taking my money and switching banks. It is sad really. I've had a savings account since I was a kid and since they continue to be stagnant and not evolve, here we are. I wish I didn't have to do this but it messes up so many things for my family because of this.

  Hi Matthew, we apologize for your frustrations! We are currently working with our vendors to enable instant Venmo payments. We know this is important to members and are actively working to correct this. We did just launch a member-to-member payment option which is free and instant. It's called Pay a Member located within Digital Banking if you want to check it out. Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience!
