Update 20-Jul-2022: Today I went in to open an account for a family member. The staff at this branch were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Special mention must go to consultants Elizabeth Kingsbury and Peyton Ford. Two very able team members who left no stone unturned when it came to client service and professional ability. Both are a true credit to this branch. Very well done. This review deserves a worthy update. In follow up to the above visit to the Northwestern Branch, I returned the next day to finish our business there. I was assisted by consultant Skyler Ziemer who, with the same service level as Elizabeth and Peyton, did not disappoint. She gave an extremely high level of service. It is clear that this branch takes customer satisfaction very seriously. Because of this, I am confident that my family’s financial service needs here will be solidly met by this team. I have nothing but high praise for this group and cannot thank them enough. Simply awesome!

Fast and friendly service. There are plenty of consultants to help you with your needs and plenty of comfy chairs to wait in if they are busy at the moment. There is also a good amount of parking considering the location. 5he branch is always very clean and inviting.
