      I acsdently went to the wrong pown shop. I had just enough time to get to the right one to get my stuff out. After I raced to make it with two minutes to spare. They told me they closed the register. It was already 6:00. It was definitely 5:58 when I was knocking on the door. It was definitely not before 6:00 when they closed everything down. They wasted my time to be lazy. Trash!!

      EB, I'm sorry to hear this, I went and looked at the cameras because this would have made me pretty angry too. It was just past six and although that is closing time I'll talk with staff to make sure we have a buffer zone for customers trying to make it by 6. Hope you give us another shot!
