      I love my bank and have been a member for 20 years now and the only complaint I have now is that our Manassas Branch needs to reopen on Saturday so that we don’t have to drive all the way across the county to Dale city when we live right by the Manassas Branch. Please bring back our Saturday banking availability, we would so be grateful.

      Not happy with PWC credit Union today! Why does it say your branch is open when you are not. Whomever is responsible for this can you please do better. 8 others found out you were closed as I did in the parking lot. This is very inconvenient not reason to be closed on Saturday hours are short anyway and the holiday is Monday I would expect you to be closed then. I wasn't the only one who found out today that you can't make a deposit from your ATM this was even more inconvenient. I don't live right down the street so I only go there when needed like today but it was a complete waste of time. Please do better with the information updated on site it can be done the Manassas branch clearly says they are closed while your branch still clearly say its open until 1.

      Our closure was posted on our website - www.pwcecu.org as well as provided on our message on our telephones. There were also closed notices posted at both locations. The holidays are also included in our Quarterly newsletter. We do have night drops at both locations, where deposits are posted prior to opening for business. If you have online banking, and mobile banking, perhaps you would be interested in Remote Deposit Capture, where you can scan your check for deposit.

      I've banked here fora very long time. Their window service is friendly, fast, and convenient. They're closed on government holidays but open any other time.
