Don't use been with them for years to only to have to ask for my money out of my account for large purchases never help you improve credit and always low balling on loans lied to get more interest

In the beginning they were very helpful....... I had lost my job and talked to Cesar, ( manager ) of the Broadway branch , and explained about stopping payments on ach withdrawals. I talked to the businesses first , however they continue to keep trying which is charging my account 29.00 each time. So fat 8 fees have been applied and Cesar still won't return my phone calls. How uncaring and unprofessional when it was his employee that misinformed me to begin with! I strongly urge people to beware with this branch and it's employees. Smh
