I was working with Paul and the experience was terrible very unprofessional started an application and then I had to call him multiple times Leave messages and He will not call back. After three weeks for no good reason decided not to help me just beware if you decide to use this company truly was a waste of my time.

I am a real estate agent that has one of my clients homes under contract and the lender is Quaint Oak, I have used them in the past and the service was great due to my contact following up and staying on top of his loans, RIP Mike, that is no longer the case with this bank. No follow up, no communication and a lot of excuses to why you will not close on time. Lots of good lenders in the Valley, not sure I would choose this one.*** Update, received a call from Gerry Sanchez about the oversights that occurred. He explained how they happened and stated that they should not have happened. He was very apologetic and understood how much of an inconvenience it was to all parties involved.
