Ive had a loan with this company for 3 years. I thought it was a pretty good company but during this pandemic I have learned that they have no compassion for their customers. I explained why my payment was late.. Which is not even a whole payment because I paid more than half. And they want to ask me where my car is located? Lmao! Ive been paying you guys for 3 years and youre going to come take my car that Ive been paying and I didnt even miss the whole payment. This place is a joke. Not to mention I have had thee worst experiencee with their customer service when I fell a month behind during the pandemic because I had to switch jobs. Got laid off. I had a girl call me having thee worst attitude when I fell a payment behind. Calling ne all gangster like I owe her money personally. That is so unprofessional. Wish I could remember her name.
