      Our home purchase went very smoothly and Quality Title was very easy to work with. Their online portal helped us keep track of what was needed and what was happening every step of the way!

      Lame title company. No update for the upcoming closing. Everytime I had re remind them for every other step. No body seem responsible enough. I was disappointed. Even though I requested to update me (by a phone call) once they go over the singed paper work to make sure they all was correct. They never did, instead hanging up on my phone and sending to voice mail.

      Mr. White, I believe you may have the wrong title company. There is another title company located in Radford, VA with a very similar name. I have searched our system and your name does not appear anywhere. I've also ask our staff if they remember speaking with you and no one is familiar with your name. Please provide the property address to me via email [email protected] to completely 100% verify you have the correct title company.
