  It must be very tough to have the credit union open right now I have always liked this Credit Union ... They have a small town feel about them I am not sure 100% on the service I have had a relative or two that have used their services I am just local resident that feels sympathy for all of the downtown businesses affected by the construction.... Beware if you are near the credit union do not use the bath in which you are directed by the qualstar credit Union ATM the sidewalk is pulling from the wall foundation.... This ditch that was dug is over 20 ft deep from what I am told... and it is a lot more than was anticipated... Be safe

  Hey Keith, we appreciate your review – and we appreciate our members’ patience while we accommodate the City of Renton’s construction/improvement work going on directly adjacent to our branch entrance and ATM, which are both open and fully operational. We are addressing the structural damage as a result of this work with the owner of the property.   I've had a great experience banking with them since they were Safeway Credit Union. However, trying to use their online services usually get me locked out of my account info. And updating info is nearly impossible online.

A recent increase in online fraud attempts has resulted in our making some necessary changes to security settings for access to QCU accounts and personal/contact info. online – we understand these types of changes can be frustrating to adapt to, and hope it does gives some peace of mind to know we do make updates to our systems that protect our members from unauthorized access.   The ATM machine is fantastic! Fee free withdrawals because they are member of the credit union Co-op. Come for the cash, stay for the receipt!
