      When we were selling our house, they told us we did not need to be there for closing. We had stopped at the office 3 times and asked if there was anything we needed before we left. Day before closing they send a pile of paperwork they say they need signed and notarized and sent back. That may work if you are not 1200 miles away and the day before New Years eve. Needless to say we are not impressed.
