  I cannot give enough praise to Mr. Duff. He is extremely knowledgable. We had some road blocks due to Covid regulations and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable during the whole ordeal. Alissa from Keller Williams was amazing as well. We are so blessed to have been blessed with these two individuals.

  If you are selling your house and the buyer is going through Fred Duff, Queen City Mortgage, you would be extremely foolish to proceed with that deal. People seek financing thru Queen City Mortgage for a reason and if you are selling your property you will be drug into their mess. We were in a deal for over 2 1/2 months, signed 3 closing extension addendums, told false information and would still be waiting had we not ended this charade. Once we did our own investigation, we soon found out that this was all a hoax with us possibly loosing thousands of dollars had we gone thru with it. This lender, the buyer and the buyer's agent were inconsistent with their stories and we are not quite sure what they were up to, but for your sake, stay away..... In response to your response Fred, please name one thing that was conversed between I and the buyer that hindered your loan approval. The only information I asked for was an honest closing date. It is ironic, your buyer contacted both us and our agent because of your incompetence. I too have documentation, as the buyer initiated the contacts with us to begin with. He contacted us wanting to rent the house because you wouldn’t answer his questions and were just bleeding him with more fees. Your customer, the buyer was very concerned and disturbed with information he stated you completed on his application that was not accurate and how that could come back on him. He gave us way too much information that threw up red flags. So speak to your own customers and don’t place them in a situation to reach out to the seller. That’s how the can of beans got spilled.... For us a blessing this didn’t close. Just letting buyers know that they could sink lots of money into a dead end process.

  Connie, you were not my customer. Your repeated attempts to gain the private information of my client were not appropriate. You will also note that direct communication between the lender and the seller is not appropriate, but you continued to subvert the efforts of your realtor and the buying realtor through unwanted contact with the buyer. The reason your transaction did not take place may be squarely placed upon your involvement and contract with the buyer, which are documented . As far as any information regarding the transaction, as I told you I cannot provide the private information of my clients per the Privacy Act and Fair Credit laws.
