Very disappointed. They sat on my information for 10 days before they told me they could not work with McKinley County. I emailed 3 times, and left a voicemail, all of which were never responded to. This is not good when the seller is eager to close ASAP.

Update January 10: TITLE WAS NEVER OPENED! 10 WEEKS AND NOT A DARN THING WAS DONE! Do not trust this company or anyone that has worked for them. Update: January 3. Closing date came and went and STILL NOTHING! 9 weeks and the only thing that has happened is the cashing of our earnest money (6 weeks after being received). Holding up the entire process here. Was hoping Santa would bring me a title commitment for Christmas. I had more confidence in getting something from that fat, jolly elf than I did from this company, but alas he is not real and supposedly this company is. Still waiting for these slugs to do their job and actually accomplish something. I would give this company no stars if I could. We have been under contract since the 1st week of November. Our realtor noted this company (the only one in the area) and county were notoriously slow, so we made our closing date for the end of December to give them ample time. It is now December 21 and we STILL HAVE NOT REVCEIVED A TITLE COMMITMENT. Completely unacceptable! After constantly making contact we found out this company is selling at the end of the year. They still have employees, what are they paying them to do?? If the same employees are going to the new company I feel sorry for them inheriting these lazy, useless slugs. Absolutely frustrating.
