      Sent back statements and then silence, no follow up or response. I had to follow up to get a response in which case I was told, a certain amount needed to be in bank. This information and requirement should have been disclosed prior to sending the bank statements. Please, I just ask that you let customers know what to expect and be upfront about the process. Most customers will respect you for this even if they do not receive a loan. Customer Service 101

      Very very shady place..... Does not even want to speak on the phone before seeing bank statements....

      Hi Ryan. Sorry you are disappointed. Our automated funding process requires 3 months banks statements for underwriting. As far as speaking on the phone, we are available during regular business hours. M-F 7am - 4pm pacific standard time. If you call outside of those hours, you won't get an answer. Emails requesting missing docs not sent in during the application process are automated.
