      Had to contact their client services number because my account was locked(user error).I was connected with Dannya M. who quickly got my account back up and running. We had a quick laugh as I expressed I was doing exacly the opposite of directions given by website-something you encounter alot in this business -you give clear instructions but person on phone often fails to fully listen and follow instruction as given. Overall it was a great experience and Dannya sent me a hand-written thank you note by mail...who does that??! Thank you Dannia 👏👏
