This company was great in the past but now I see their true colors. My most recent loan was originally due last year around the time COVID19 started to affect the economy. I wasnt able to pay due to this. My loan was less than a month past due and already they were trying to use intimidating tactics. Instead of professional contact, I got aggresive communication threatening legal action. Eventually, we agreed to a monthly payment plan. Everything was fine for a few months. Then without any notice they suddenly increased the monthly amount I agreed to. Then, they began taking payments twice a month instead of once a month. All without notice or mutual agreement....during a pandemic. The lack of professionalism and compassion is astounding. At this point I am truly appalled by quik check.
