      If you are thinking about banking here I would suggest perhaps looking to other institutions. They are not member oriented. You would think the needs of the member would come first but my experience has been this is not the case. Fees and interest are higher than what you could get elsewhere. My experience has been when I inquired about it or let them know I didn’t feel certain practices were right it was met with passive aggressive vindictiveness. In other words it is not a “how can we make this right attitude”. Any kind of transaction fees or anything they charge for is higher than your local bank would be and they don’t care how long you have been with them cause for me it has been 20+ years. If you do any transactions with them please read the fine print you will find much different from what you are used to I assure you and when you complain they won’t care. You don’t have to to take my word for it. With the exception of the newer employees who are generally very nice the customer service speaks for itself amongst the management whom you will have to deal with when there is an issue.
