      I called into RIA Federal Credit Union on a Saturday, the lady that took my phone call was snippy and Highly Rude. She kept interrupting me, then go's to telling me I was wrong.. i did try and pay my payment on the app... so if you fixed your application in one day thats great..(then im wrong) Since starting my 3rd shift job I've had trouble getting my payment in to the bank..(because the atms don't accept deposits) so my car payment got behind as the bank isn't opened when I'm awake.. ive tried to pay this payment for weeks now... and they put my car on a repo list..stay clear of this bank they do not have your best interest. At hand.. And who are they to treat you in the mannor.. when they are working for you ?

      I lost my job due to covid. I have struggled to keep up on my payments. I have a great relationship with Sarah in collections and have always worked with her and made my payments even though they were late. I have never failed to call back or answer a call. Two days before Christmas without prior notice, Linda from collections lied to her superior saying that she called me and left a message and I refused to return the call. She then drained my bank account leaving me penniless. Sarah from collections, who is awesome, was kind enough to call me and alert me. Mind you I was about to go purchase gifts for my family. But instead they took all the money I had. All this predicated on a lie. There was no phone call or message. I have absolute proof of that. When I requested a meeting with the CEO Linda from collections came down angrily wanting to talk to me. I told her I didn't want to talk to her. She replied loudly that neither Jim or Krystel were going to talk to me and demanded I leave. Then as I was walking away she yelled back at me "Would you like to see a copy of your contract?" Imagine a credit union that predicated on a lie would drain your bank account leaving you penniless two days before Christmas. Merry Christmas to me.
