  The best bank on earth they really worked hard to get me approved for my vehicle with my low credit and some financial issues I’m having they really pulled through my own bank couldn’t even help me so I reached out to RIA and I’m extremely great-full this bank is near great professional staff I always feel at home with these folks sorry everyone els had a bad experience but my experience was beyond too notch I would give 10 stars if I could.

  This place is a joke and I'm not sure if their practices are even legal. I have been making auto loan payments for 4-5 years now without any late payments. I always tried to stay at least 2 months ahead. Now I go to pay off the loan on their website and it says I have to call them first. I call them and they tell me there's a $10 fee for paying over the phone! They then said I could drive to one of their branches and there was no extra fee. Now if I drive to their closest location, it's going to cost me $20 - $30 to get there and back. I've been making automatic payments for the last 4-5 years with no extra fees attached. Why on earth would they charge you extra when paying off a loan? Now that has to be some kind of illegal banking practice. Especially when you only owe $100! I would definitely recommend you doing your banking elsewhere.

  Had got life insurance through RIA. The money in that account ran out and they still took out money and charged me overdraw fees. So I paid there fees closed account contacted insurance company (which RIA didn't have phone number) cancelled it and found out that the month of May wasn't even paid
