Rob at R&R Financial Group was a miracle worker. In all seriousness Rob and this team assisted me in coming back from a Short sale, a few rough items on my credit report, and a judgement that should have NEVER been there and finally an old Chapter 7 bankruptcy that wasn't being removed from all three credit bureaus. I went from a high 400/low 500 credit score to high 700's on all three. All items were cleared up and removed from all three reports. I recently just bought a home with a 3.5 percent interest rate with literally NO issues in underwriting due to my amazing credit reports. I've tried in the past unsuccessfully to clear up these matters myself with Transunion, Equifax, and Experian. It was frustrating, time consuming and in the end remained unchanged. I would highly recommend R&R financial group, I honestly can say I wouldn't be in my new home if it weren't for them.

The lack of responsiveness goes beyond unsettling. After reaching out time after time , I have received nothing . I have not seen changes in my credit score since almost 2 years of the services being started. I am highly upset , as money continues to deduct from my account .

Absolutely criminal. No one at this company communicates. They continue to take your money without giving you service in return. We've have been trying to get a hold of ANYONE at the company for months and have gotten no response. They continue to charge us, multiple times after I've left several emails & voicemails to cancel our service. They are absolutely NOT worth an ounce of your time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM.
