  10/10! My dad drove an hour or so to this dealership yesterday after I sent him a link to a vehicle on their website & they treated him fantastic! Typically I don’t prefer him to make large purchases without me to ensure he’s taken care of and finds the best deal but with me living two hours in the opposite direction that can be difficult. Everyone from the helpful Sales rep John to the GM with an amazing attitude & the finance guy with the fanciest desk around Neil - you guys went above & beyond for my dad, he had me call him after I got off work to brag about this dealership and it’s staff. Thank you guys for making this a stress free experience & for offering to deliver the car to him once it’s ready!🥂

  We were interested in a Lincoln. We sent pictures of ours, and they came back with a price we felt was low ball. We have 2010 Lincoln MKX with 83,500 miles they had a 2013 with 53,000 miles. They offered 6,000.00 for ours. They wanted 14,000.00 plus our car. They would not come off that price. Because we were 3 hours away we could only send pictures, Scott said he didn’t even know if our car even had wheels or a fender. I told him he could tell in the pictures what kind of car it was. We have never been treated like this before. We were also told they were all in a mood is why they didn’t want to deal with us. We will gladly take our business elsewhere. I’ve added one picture of what they were sent. Our car isn’t junk!!

  Absolutely GREAT service! I was on the market for new Escape but live in Chicago. I looked and looked online and at different dealerships and with everything being low in stock it was hard to find what I wanted. I came across Raabe Ford and found an escape with every single feature I wanted. I inquired about the vehicle and an hour later I was on the phone, with everything set up and good to go with the car being delivered only two days later. I worked with Roy and he was THE BEST! The most easy going, non sales-y person I have ever experienced when it came to purchasing a car. The whole team at Raabe genuinely wanted what worked best for me and wasn't pushy when it came to the actual sale. If I ever need a new car again, FORGET THE DEALERSHIPS IN CHICAGO! With the easy communication and delivery, I'm a Raabe Ford customer from now on! Thanks again!!!
