  Business account support is extremely difficult - even for a simple password reset for online access! The business account call center support hours are M-F 9 am -6 pm CST. Even when physically walking into a branch on a Saturday, there was no support for business accounts. Not a great model for small businesses, who like individuals, need weekend and evening support. Frustrating!!!

  I was really nervous and "lost" in trying to figure out how to refinance my home, but Rachael Tharp, was/is 100% knowledgeable, honest, caring, kind, down-to-earth (easy to talk to), and an absolute "magician" with calculating the numbers for me in order to get the best refinance offer (7 months later, & everything continues to be perfect.). She far exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend her to everyone, and anyone trying to buy a house, or refinance the one they're in. The branch manager, Mr. Doughtery has done an awesome job in overseeing the most trustworthy banking associates that I've ever worked with.
